DaZhongHua Family Tree Development Association, referred to as DAZUPU, is a non-profit PUBLIC BENEFIT CORPORATION and is not organized for the private gain of any person. It is organized under the Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation Law for Public purposes.

The mission of DAZUPU is to provide an electronic platform to users for the development and investigation of Chinese genealogy. DAZUPU collects and maintains databases of Chinese Family Trees so that members can upload and search the databases. Such a platform is used as a connection of members not only from within one family, but also between families so that roots can be found for mankind.  The aim of DAZUPU is to make aware that all Chinese were originated from one family, and to achieve worldwide peace and harmony.

Tax Exemption

1. This organization is organized and operated exclusively for public benefit purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC)
2. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Articles, the corporation shall not carry on any other activities not permitted to be carried on
   1. by a corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501( c) (3) of the IRC or
   2. by a corporation contributions to which are deductible under Section 170 ( c) (2) of the IRC.
